Job Responsibilities and Duties

Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Legal Department;
Represent the Company in matters relating to waivers and cancellation of securities, as required;
Assist legal professionals with pre- and post-deed preparations, including coordination and communication with Notaries;
Support the team responsible for overseeing the non-performing loan portfolio;
Carry out additional duties within the Legal function as may be assigned from time to time.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a credit institution, ideally in a credit, legal, or recoveries-related role;
Previous exposure to banking documentation, securities, or loan-related processes will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

Mature and professional approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Fluent in both Maltese and English, written and spoken;
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
Capable of performing efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
