Our Client is a leading digital agency based in Malta.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with the planning, coordination, and preparation of events and marketing activities;
Contact venues, suppliers, and other service providers to obtain information, availability, and quotations;
Support event logistics, including coordinating materials, equipment, promotional items, and other requirements;
Attend venues and supplier locations when required to collect items, take measurements, check arrangements, or assist with event preparations;
Provide hands-on assistance with event setup and coordination when required;
Follow up with suppliers and internal team members regarding bookings, materials, deadlines, and outstanding requirements;
Assist with coordinating marketing materials and content with designers, photographers, videographers, and other suppliers;
Support basic social media and marketing activities when required;
Maintain event, supplier, client, and marketing information in internal files and tracking sheets;
Assist with presentations, quotations, client documentation, and other general marketing and administrative tasks;
Provide day-to-day support to the team across events, marketing, and client-related activities as required.

Experience

Diploma, degree, or relevant training in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business, or a related field;
Previous experience within events, marketing, or a similar environment will be considered an asset;
A valid driving licence and own car are required for this position.
