Job Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with the preparation and submission of work permit applications for third-country nationals and refugees;
Support the administration and renewal process of single permits in liaison with relevant authorities;
Collaborate with internal teams on matters related to Jobsplus, Identità, and employment documentation;
Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms;
Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling where required;
Prepare interview documentation and related administrative support material;
Maintain accurate employee and HR-related records and documentation;
Provide support with general HR administration duties and ongoing departmental tasks;
Assist with additional HR-related responsibilities as required.

Experience

Previous experience within the hospitality industry, either in an administrative, operational, or HR-related role;
HR certification or relevant qualification;
Familiarity with employment-related processes involving Jobsplus and Identità will be considered an asset;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and, ideally, Maltese.
