Responsible for carrying out general maintenance, minor repairs and upkeep of the building, including basic plumbing, painting, carpentry and other maintenance tasks to ensure the premises are kept in good condition.

-Carry out general maintenance and repair work. -Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing taps. -Carry out minor electrical maintenance where qualified. -Perform painting, plastering, and decorating tasks. -Repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, and fixtures. -Assemble, install, and repair equipment and fittings. -Maintain indoor and outdoor areas in good condition. -Identify maintenance issues and report major faults. -Use and maintain tools and equipment safely. -Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organised. -Respond to maintenance requests promptly. -Assist with other maintenance duties as required.
