Care Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Care Supervisor to oversee the daily coordination of carers and nurses, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care and that staff are properly supported. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staff rosters according to client requirements.
• Coordinate and allocate carers and nurses based on client needs and staff availability.
• Conduct regular client visits to monitor the quality of care and staff performance.
• Support staff wellbeing and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collect regular feedback from clients and staff and take appropriate follow-up action.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports for senior management.
• Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems for daily administrative tasks.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum MQF Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience managing care teams and clients.
• Healthcare, nursing, or caring background.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Maltese will be considered an advantage.
• Quick learner with a flexible and proactive approach.
