Location: Malta

Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office after probation period)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our global affiliate marketing function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the affiliate strategy, building and managing key partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, extensive experience in affiliate or performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns and partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
Proven experience managing affiliate partnerships across the DACH region.
Previous team leadership or people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
German or French language skills are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
