About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Planning Lead to drive global demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning activities across our markets.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with numbers, enjoys solving complex business challenges through data analysis, and has a passion for turning insights into action. Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, and regional teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time while optimising working capital and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global demand, supply, and inventory planning processes.
Develop forecasts and planning recommendations using data, trends, and business insights.
Monitor inventory performance and drive inventory optimisation initiatives.
Support new product launches, product transitions, and discontinuation planning.
Identify supply risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Develop and maintain planning KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
Partner with global stakeholders to align planning decisions with business priorities.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, or a related supply chain role.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Experience working with ERP and planning systems (Blue Yonder).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a global environment and S&OP processes is an advantage.
