Our client, a leading school here in Malta is looking for a School Secretary to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing professional and friendly assistance.
Manage school communications, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, and announcements.
Maintain accurate student, staff, and administrative records in compliance with school policies and data protection requirements.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, calendars, and school events for administrators and staff.
Process attendance records, enrollment documentation, and other student-related paperwork.
Prepare, organize, and distribute reports, forms, letters, and other administrative documents.
Support school leadership with clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Handle office supplies, mail distribution, and general front-office operations.
Assist with financial administrative tasks such as collecting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining records where required.
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the school office while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

Excellent English (written and spoken) is a must; Maltese is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS tools.

Education and Experience

Previous experience in a similar setting is ideal.
