Our client is looking to recruit a Client Relations & Sales Admin to join their growing team. Reporting to the Team Manager, the chosen candidate will:

Desk-Based Client Support & Communication

● Act as a key internal point of contact for client inquiries, handling daily telephone and email communications with professional etiquette.

● Assist in drafting, formatting, and issuing commercial documents, including quotations, proposals, and customer correspondence.

● Maintain regular touch points with existing accounts to address operational questions and support ongoing customer satisfaction.

Sales Administration & Data Management

● Maintain and update internal CRM databases, ensuring all client information, sales pipelines, and project logs are accurate and up to date.

● Assist with order processing, verifying contract details, and coordinating with Finance for invoicing and billing support.

● Track daily task lists and prepare basic administrative and operational activity reports for management review.

Process & Workflow Coordination

● Liaise with internal delivery teams and external suppliers via phone and digital channels to monitor order progress and delivery timelines.

● Support continuous process improvements by following updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining organized digital filing systems.

● Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

Highly organized, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Education and Experience

1–2 years of experience in an administrative support, customer service, sales admin, or desk-based office role.
Excellent written and spoken English, with a confident, clear, and professional phone manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or database systems.
