We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join AMSM as a Sales Administrator within our Sales and Marketing Department on a full-time basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative support to the Brand Managers and Field Sales Supervisors with particular emphasis on timely, professional assistance and quality of service.
Prepare excel reports, attend meetings, take minutes, prepare correspondence, carry out word-processing, and maintain up-to-date computer-based records.
Take and process sales orders in a timely manner.

YOUR PROFILE

Secondary Level of Education
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Word & Excel
Good command of both English and Maltese
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
Team-player
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
