Overview

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Stores & Logistics Assistant to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and ensure stock is stored securely and in an accessible manner.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Raise purchase requests and requisitions through the procurement system
Liaise with the procurement team to follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery.
Identify low stock or critical items and flag procurement needs proactively.
Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Report damaged or incorrect deliveries promptly and coordinate returns or replacements.
Input and update inventory records in the company's IT or stock control system.
Maintain accurate documentation for all stock movements, receipts, and issues.
Generate and submit reports as required (e.g. usage trends, stock status).
