Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Customer Support Agent to join our client's team.

This role includes shift patterns across any 5 days from 7, as well as hybrid working.

The selected candidate will provide first-line support to customers, assisting with enquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will handle customer interactions across multiple channels, maintain accurate records, support issue resolution, and escalate more complex matters when necessary.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat within established service level agreements.
Investigate customer queries, provide appropriate solutions, and take ownership of assigned cases until resolution.
Record customer interactions accurately and report, follow up, or escalate technical and complex issues when required.
Perform customer verification and KYC procedures while following internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, support process improvements, assist with translation tasks, and work flexible shifts as required.

Key Requirements

Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential.
Previous customer service or online support experience is advantageous, although entry-level candidates will be considered.
Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Good computer literacy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
Flexibility to work shifts across five days out of seven, including weekends and public holidays.
