Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Head of Affiliates to join our client's team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced affiliate marketing professional to lead and expand a high-performing affiliate function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable affiliate marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and strengthening partnerships across multiple markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Head of Affiliates will oversee affiliate performance, optimise campaigns, manage budgets, and lead a team focused on delivering measurable business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a data-driven approach to performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Manage and optimise affiliate programmes, partnerships, commission structures, and campaign performance across multiple territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and identify new growth opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics, manage affiliate budgets, forecast results, and ensure strong return on marketing investment.
Lead and mentor the affiliate team while collaborating with internal departments to align affiliate initiatives with business objectives.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in affiliate or performance marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, performance optimisation, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent analytical, budgeting, forecasting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within affiliate marketing.
