Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day affiliate partner relationships
Monitor affiliate performance and conversions
Provide marketing materials and campaign support
Analyze traffic quality and player lifetime value
Handle affiliate inquiries and support requests
Track commissions and process payments
Identify optimization opportunities
Report on affiliate program performance

Requirements

3+ years of affiliate management experience
Understanding of affiliate marketing in online gaming
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Cake, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship management
Knowledge of digital marketing channels
Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools
Good English communication skills
