On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead and grow a well-established company specializing in PVC apertures, carpentry, parquet flooring, decking, artificial turf, and awnings.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
Drive sales growth, business development, and profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage sales, production, installation, and administrative teams.
Develop strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Monitor business performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven management experience within Malta's construction, apertures, carpentry, or related industries.
Strong sales and commercial acumen.
Experience managing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in both English and Maltese.
Valid driving licence.
Established network within Malta's construction and property sectors will be considered an asset.
