Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client's team.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting business growth through sales, new business development, customer relationship management and marketing activities. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships and contributing to commercial and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially driven and confident in managing clients, negotiating sales and working towards targets. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding the customer portfolio.
Manage leads, maintain strong corporate client relationships and conduct regular client visits.
Negotiate and close sales while implementing business development plans and monitoring performance against targets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to support business growth and brand visibility.
Monitor market trends and customer needs, prepare sales reports, support customer queries and contribute to payment collection.

Key Requirements

MQF Level 4/5 qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, business development and/or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented approach.
Strong customer focus, organisation skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
