Established in 1993, SR Group is one of Malta’s leading suppliers of construction, waste management, and recycling plants and equipment. We represent and support a range of leading international machinery and equipment brands, providing our customers with equipment, technical support, servicing, repairs, and after-sales solutions.

We are now looking for an experienced technician or technical professional ready to step into a supervisory role and take responsibility for a growing technical operation.

If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with heavy machinery, and being the person others turn to when a difficult job needs to be resolved, this could be your next career move.

The Role

As Technical Department Supervisor, you will play a key hands-on role in leading our technical team and ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service.

You will combine your technical expertise with team leadership, job planning, troubleshooting, customer support, and coordination with international manufacturers.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults to coordinating field service work, supporting technicians, and resolving challenging customer issues.

Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Good computer literacy.
A relevant technical qualification would be an advantage.
