MYOKA is looking for an exceptional Spa Manager to lead one of Malta’s most prestigious wellness destinations.

Your Role

As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the daily operations of the spa with excellence and attention to detail.
Managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
Driving sales performance and consistently achieving KPIs and financial targets.
Creating strategies to increase revenue, guest retention, and brand visibility.
Ensuring exceptional customer service and luxury guest experiences at all times.
Monitoring operational performance, productivity, and profitability.
Managing schedules, stock control, supplier coordination, and spa facilities.
Implementing training and development programs to maintain the highest service standards.
Working closely with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and special events.
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience managing a spa or wellness operation.
Strong background in team leadership and staff development.
Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and business performance.
Commercial mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Passion for luxury hospitality and wellness.
Must currently be living in Malta.
Weekend and holiday availability is required, as this is a hands-on operational leadership role.
