System Support Analyst

As part of the Customer Support team, the System Support Analyst works closely with senior colleagues to support clients' IT and Business Process Management (BPM) requirements. The role involves assisting with the implementation, testing, support, and maintenance of workflow and BPM solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Provide support to clients in line with agreed service levels and ensure timely issue resolution.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Computing, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years' experience in IT support, business applications, or solution delivery.
