Company Description

Client Relations Officer | MALTA

At Fyorin, we simplify global business banking for digital businesses. As one of the fastest-growing startups in FinTech, we've earned multiple awards for our innovation and growth.

Our all-in-one financial operations and treasury management platform helps international companies unify, diversify, and automate their financial infrastructure. Our goal is to become the go-to financial companion for modern finance teams, enabling them to streamline workflows and scale with confidence.

Finance teams today rely on multiple banking providers to operate globally, leading to fragmentation, inefficiencies, and increased costs. Fyorin solves this with a single, intelligent platform built for speed, simplicity, and scale.

Why You

We’re looking for a Client Relations Officer who will be the frontline ambassador of the Fyorin brand — offering exceptional support, cultivating strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to help clients get even more value from our platform.

This is more than a support role: you'll become a trusted advisor to our clients, using your in-depth understanding of their needs to upsell relevant features and products that solve real pain points.

Who Are You

A motivated self-starter who thrives on helping others succeed
Curious, empathetic, and passionate about understanding customer pain points
A natural communicator who can explain complex topics clearly and persuasively
Energized by continuous learning and eager to grow within a scaling organization
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
