ESSE Ltd., on behalf of Evolve RS Group, are currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager with excellent organisational skills to join their team.

Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to management and clients during weekly meetings, daily reporting and meetings on site with all parties involved;
Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors, as well as being in charge of the H&S of all those on site;
In charge of the delivery of material on site for each phase of the project, and in cases involved in the buying of material for sites;
Monitoring build costs and project progress, and in charge of variations needed to continue works;
Conducting quality and safety inspections, and ensuring that work is being conducted as the profession requires;
Checking and updating site reports, designs and drawings and updating workers on site with updated drawings;
Day-to-day problem-solving and dealing with any issues that arise;
Engaging in any other task commensurate with the role.

Requirements

3 years of work experience as a Project Manager (essential);
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
