Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and general restaurant duties as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
