Maintenance Person

Responsible for ensuring the upkeep, repair, and proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems.

About Role: The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, repair, and proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role involves a combination of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance works including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and AC-related tasks.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery and building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Complete job cards and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Manage and maintain tools, equipment and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors when required.
• Ensure doors, shutters, windows, locks and other facilities are in good working order.
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly and facility set-ups.
• Travel between company premises as required.
• Maintain company vehicle in good condition.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements at all times.
• Minimise disruption to business operations during maintenance activities.
• Report directly to assigned supervisors and keep them informed of all work activities.

Requirements

• A valid category B or B1 driving license is required for this role.
