About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Systems Engineer to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and systems administration within an enterprise environment. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and provides opportunities for career growth and development within the company.

The successful candidate will be mentored by experienced members of our established IT Team to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and services within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

First-line IT support
Troubleshooting
Deployment and configuration of devices and IT infrastructure
Maintenance of network security and IT systems

Required Skills

A diploma or degree in an IT-related field
Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and IT troubleshooting
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, vSphere, Fortinet firewalls, Veeam, and enterprise IT environments will be considered an asset, but not a must, as training will be provided
