We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and maintain high standards of service, food quality, customer care, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of Restaurant and the Hotel Breakfast Service.
Ensure both operations are properly prepared, staffed and ready for service.
Allocate staff duties and sections and ensure appropriate staffing levels for each service.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct and performance.
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees.
Ensure consistently high standards of service, hospitality and guest satisfaction
Welcome and interact with guests and actively monitor their experience.
Handle guest requests, complaints and service recovery professionally and promptly and report significant issues to Management.
Ensure employees follow appropriate food-safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
Promptly report maintenance, safety or operational issues to the appropriate department or Management.
Work closely with the Head Chef, F&B Management, Reception, Housekeeping and other departments as required.
Attend operational and management meetings when requested.
Provide Management with relevant information regarding operations, staffing, guest feedback, sales and business performance.
