Love hospitality, enjoy working with people and want to be part of a growing business where you can make a real difference?

At MRX Investments, we're building something exciting. With a growing collection of boutique properties across Malta and several new projects in the pipeline, we're looking for a Front Office Manager who shares our passion for people, great hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

In our boutique properties, the role goes well beyond the reception desk. We're looking for someone who takes pride in the overall running and presentation of the property, notices the little details and genuinely cares about the people who walk through our doors.

What we're looking for

A people-first leader who motivates, supports and develops their team, creating a positive environment where people enjoy coming to work.
A passion for hospitality and making every guest feel welcome, valued and looked after, from personalised recommendations to those thoughtful touches that make a stay memorable.
A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, taking pride in how the property looks, feels and operates.
A genuine focus on guest satisfaction, actively listening to feedback, taking pride in great reviews and always looking for ways to improve.
A proactive, organised approach, confidently managing front office operations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and planning ahead for future arrivals and operational needs.
The ambition to grow, bringing fresh ideas, taking initiative and embracing new challenges as the business expands.

Why join MRX?

At MRX, people come first. That means our guests, but just as importantly, the people who make their experiences possible.

We're a growing hospitality group with big ambitions, but we believe great hospitality comes down to the little things and the people who genuinely care about getting them right.

We value ideas, initiative and individuals who want to make a difference. And as we continue to grow our portfolio, we're committed to creating opportunities for our people to grow with us.

We're not just looking for someone to manage a front office. We're looking for someone who wants to help us create exceptional guest experiences, build a great team and be part of our next chapter.

Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you!
