You will:

Provide customer support via email, live chat, and phone.
Assist customers with account, payment, and general inquiries.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.

Skills & Experience:

Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits: €26,000 – €34,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
