📑 Preparing invoices & managing records with accuracy

🤝 Supporting both clients & internal teams to ensure smooth workflows

✅ Previous experience in an office or administrative role

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

✅ Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail 🔍

✅ Strong communication skills in both English & Maltese are mandatory🗣️
