TTI is seeking a General Instructor for one of our top clients. A well-established group specialising in integrated solutions across fire, safety, security, marine, environmental services and training, supporting a wide range of industries in Malta and internationally.

Tasks

Deliver training, coaching, mentoring and supervision
Create a safe, inclusive and collaborative learning environment
Oversee the operational and administrative aspects of training courses
Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System
Monitor students' safety, discipline and correct use of PPE
Support course planning, development and facility maintenance
Prepare training areas and ensure equipment is operational
Follow relevant risk assessments and safety procedures
Assist with the daily operation of the training facility
Deliver client-specific and off-site training when required
Perform other duties related to the role

Requirements

Experience in a training environment, preferably within a Fire and Rescue Service or fire training establishment
Relevant training, education, health and safety, or technical qualifications
Knowledge of safety equipment, inspections and maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessments
Strong organisational, analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to deliver training at different locations

Salary: €30,000 per year
