Position Overview

An organised and approachable Recruitment Coordinator is sought to support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial interviews and applications through to work permit processing, arrival, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will meet and interview applicants, review CVs, issue job offers, collect required documentation, and guide candidates through health screening, application, and payment procedures.

The role includes preparing and submitting work permit applications, coordinating payments with the Accounts team, tracking approvals and arrivals, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Responsibilities also involve welcoming new employees, conducting inductions, liaising with Operations regarding recruitment needs, and occasionally travelling abroad to support recruitment drives.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar people-focused role, together with strong communication and organisational skills.

Applicants should be confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and AI tools and capable of managing multiple applications simultaneously while handling personal and confidential information responsibly.

Strong attention to detail, a professional approach, and willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment activities are required.
