Position Overview

A Marketing Executive is sought to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing function while contributing to the promotion of products, services, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

This role is ideal for a creative and organised individual with strong communication skills and an interest in marketing, digital media, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist with the coordination and execution of marketing activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives across various channels.

The role includes preparing marketing reports, coordinating with external suppliers and media partners, managing marketing materials, and supporting advertising and branding activities.

Responsibilities also involve monitoring and responding to social media enquiries, creating content for digital and traditional media, drafting press releases and promotional communications, and supporting public relations initiatives.

The Marketing Executive will assist with the organisation of events, sponsorships, product launches, and other marketing activities while ensuring brand standards and company procedures are maintained.

Additional duties include supporting administrative marketing functions, coordinating marketing resources, and assisting management with various marketing projects as required.

Requirements

Candidates should possess previous experience in a marketing-related role together with strong organisational and communication skills.
A diploma in Marketing or a related field will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, while experience with social media platforms and content creation will be considered advantageous.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of marketing principles, customer service, and promotional activities, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
