As part of its ongoing commitment to driving growth and enhancing operational excellence, Prohealth is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive leads, sales, website traffic, conversions, and return on advertising spend (ROAS). The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and trends, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective data-driven marketing strategies that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, targeting, bidding, and creatives to maximise results.
Collaborate with the Content and Social Media Executive to ensure campaign alignment.
Schedule and publish approved content across digital channels.
Support Shopify product updates, promotional campaigns, and landing page creation.
Ensure all online promotions are accurate and provide a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and Power BI.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Maintain accurate UTM tracking and attribution across campaigns.
Support A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve performance and conversion rates.
Any other task assigned by the Digital Channel Manager.

The Candidate must:

Possess two to four years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Have experience working with Shopify and SEO tools.
Demonstrate proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Experience managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable results.
Be goal-oriented and focused on achieving measurable results.
Adapt quickly to change, demonstrating flexibility, and agility.
Show initiative and approach tasks with enthusiasm and energy.
Commit to continuous learning and personal development.
Be able to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from senior management.
Exposure to managing marketing initiatives across multiple brands will be considered as an asset.
