Position Overview

A reliable and organised Accounts Executive is sought to support day-to-day accounting and financial administration. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently within a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will process invoices, payments, and receipts, assist with stock control procedures, and maintain accurate financial records using the company’s management system.

The role includes preparing bank and account reconciliations, administering debtor and creditor accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and liaising with suppliers, customers, and external service providers.

Responsibilities also involve assisting management with sales reports and financial information, together with providing general administrative support and carrying out other finance-related duties as required by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in an accounts-related role, together with a good understanding of accounting principles.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, flexible, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team while handling a varied range of accounting and administrative responsibilities.
