Position Overview

An ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales & Business Development is sought to lead sales growth, identify new opportunities, and develop long-term partnerships within Malta’s construction industry.

The role combines technical construction expertise, commercial strategy, and business development to secure profitable projects and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities while building strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and consultants.

The role involves understanding client and project requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, developing commercial opportunities, and converting prospects into sustainable business.

The candidate will take ownership of sales growth and use established industry relationships and technical knowledge to strengthen the company’s position within the Maltese construction sector.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a relevant technical qualification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the Maltese construction industry, together with an established professional network within the sector, is essential.

Applicants must be fluent in Maltese and English and hold a valid driving licence.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, technical credibility, relationship-building abilities, and the drive to develop and secure new business.

What Is Offered

This is a full-time position offering a salary of €50,000–€70,000 per annum plus benefits, together with the opportunity to take a leading role in sales strategy, business development, and company growth.
