Position Overview

An experienced and commercially driven Event Sales Executive is sought to promote and sell a diverse portfolio of prestigious events, including corporate meetings, conferences, summits, gala awards, weddings, private functions, team-building events, and yacht or boat parties.

The role also provides exposure to international destination events, including weddings and functions in the UK, Sicily, and other locations in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will drive event sales by presenting venues, packages, and event concepts to prospective clients and senior-level decision-makers.

The role includes proactively generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, developing corporate partnerships, and building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities also involve managing client accounts, collaborating with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and event packages, and coordinating bookings from the initial enquiry through to event delivery and on-site support.

The candidate will work closely with event management and production teams to increase brand awareness, expand market reach, and maximise event revenue.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience within a target-driven sales environment, preferably involving events, venues, B2B sales, hospitality, or event management.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and commercially focused, with strong business development, networking, negotiation, communication, and lead-generation skills.

Fluency in English is required, together with confidence in communicating and building relationships with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.

Applicants must also hold a clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
