We are looking for a CRM Manager for Portuguese market - a data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about crafting exceptional customer experiences. You will take full ownership of our customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. 🚀 What You’ll Do

Develop and optimize CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer retention, loyalty, and ongoing engagement across the entire customer lifecycle through a data-driven approach.
Execute personalized multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys to consistently improve the overall customer experience.
Analyze customer data and behavior to drive advanced audience segmentation, uncovering actionable insights that fuel tailored offers, effective campaigns, and promotions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure cohesive promotions and offers that align perfectly with overarching business objectives.
Track and monitor key KPIs to rigorously evaluate campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Maintain strict compliance and competitive edge by monitoring competitor activities to ensure our brands adopt best practices and remain competitive.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Extensive hands-on experience managing CRM growth, retention, and player engagement across the Portuguese market.
Demonstrated experience within the iGaming industry, bringing deep knowledge of vertical-specific player lifecycles, bonus mechanics, and loyalty programs.
High-level proficiency skills in English (written and verbal).
Proven experience in a CRM management role with a results-driven approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
General understanding and deep knowledge of CRM systems, combined with an analytical and technical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and design targeted campaigns aimed at maximizing performance, revenue, and retention.
