🛠️ The Role

We are seeking a strategic, highly structured CRM Manager (Calendars Overview) to take on a senior oversight function within our global CRM department. Reporting directly to CRM Leadership, you will oversee, review, and approve campaign calendars submitted by CRM Managers across multiple brands and markets. You will take ownership of maintaining a balanced promotional cadence, optimizing offer structures, ensuring strict bonus compliance, and resolving scheduling overlaps before launch. Operating on our proprietary in-house CRM platform, your strategic oversight will maximize campaign ROI while protecting brand health and operational efficiency.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Review, evaluate, and grant final approval for multi-brand campaign calendars generated by CRM Managers, ensuring optimal scheduling cadence across all target markets.
Analyze proposed bonus mechanics, promotional values, and targeting rules to ensure campaign structures align with margin goals, player LTV targets, and commercial priorities.
Act as the second-line check for promotional integrity, ensuring all approved offers strictly adhere to internal bonus policies, term transparency, and regulatory constraints.
Identify and resolve campaign overlaps, communication fatigue, or conflicting promotional pushes across overlapping player segments.
Work directly with CRM Leadership to provide regular high-level overviews, calendar risk assessments, and performance forecasts regarding upcoming promotional pipelines.
Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to optimize how promotional calendars, automated triggers, and offer mechanics map into our in-house CRM engine.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

2-3 years in CRM, bonus management, or retention operations within the iGaming, Online Gaming, or high-volume Fintech sector.
Deep operational understanding of player promotional mechanics, bonus balance calculations, wagering requirements, and promotional ROI.
Proven track record in an oversight, auditing, or supervisory capacity, with an uncompromising eye for compliance, timing conflicts, and system logic.
Strong decision-making skills and diplomatic authority to guide, critique, and align campaign plans submitted by CRM Managers.
High comfort level working with custom, proprietary CRM back-office systems and complex promotional management tools.
Professional-level written and verbal English skills to articulate compliance standards, resolve strategic friction, and report directly to executive leadership.
