Role Summary

We offer corporate tech support to our clients, and this role exists to directly strengthen that capability — you'll own L2 escalations across our managed services client base, resolving what frontline support can't, keeping servers and networks running, and stopping issues from recurring. You'll work directly with our COO and technical team on live client environments, not a sandbox, contributing hands-on expertise and building knowledge across the team.

What You'll Do

Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, OS, virtualization, and network issues for SME and enterprise clients, in person and remote.
Server & Systems: Manage Windows Server environments — AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, Veeam backup/storage.
Cloud & Endpoint: Support Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune, including device enrollment and endpoint management.
Network Assistance: Diagnose network and firewall issues (we run FortiGate and MikroTik — prior exposure is a strong plus).
Documentation: Log and resolve tickets in our ERP system.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: 1–3 years in technical support, ideally MSP or IT services (not purely internal helpdesk).
Working Knowledge: Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, M365, virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware).
Independence: Comfortable troubleshooting under time pressure — you won't always have someone next to you.
Mobility: Valid driving license (Cat. A and/or B).

Nice to Have:

FortiGate or MikroTik exposure.
Intune/Autopilot device provisioning experience.
AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), CCNA, or Network+.
