About the role

This is a new senior individual-contributor role leading Booming Games' revenue optimisation. Reporting to the CCO and acting as the bridge between Business Insight and Commercial, you will own the strategy for maximising revenue across our partners, markets and game portfolio.

You'll set how the business measures commercial performance, decide where effort and investment should go, and make sure data drives decisions across Account Management, Sales, Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

Strategy and leadership: Define and own the revenue optimisation strategy, set the function's priorities and KPIs, and build the processes needed to deliver it, working through Account Management, Sales, Marketing and BI rather than a dedicated team.
Senior commercial partner: Act as a key adviser to the CCO and wider leadership team, bringing clear, evidence-based recommendations on growth, risk and prioritisation.
Bridge BI and Commercial: Own the relationship with BI, set commercial data requirements and reporting standards, and ensure the commercial team has the insight it needs to act quickly. Champion automation and AI-assisted analysis to speed up insight.
Revenue growth across market teams: Work with the Heads of Account Management and Sales to drive GGR growth through lobby placement, game visibility, promotional tools (free rounds, tournaments, network promotions) and release uptake. Build per-partner growth plans and benchmark partners against peers in the same market.
Market and launch performance: Oversee performance of new market entries and game launches, setting 30/60/90-day benchmarks and leading corrective action.
Forecasting and planning: Assist with revenue forecasting, support budget and target setting across commercial teams, and report performance vs plan to the executive team and board.
Promotional and marketing ROI: Partner with Marketing to measure campaign and promotional effectiveness and direct spend to the highest-return activity.
Portfolio strategy: Feed performance insight into the product roadmap and game production decisions, shaping which mechanics, themes and features we prioritise by market.

Requirements

A strong understanding of commercial strategy and performance management. iGaming experience (B2B supplier, aggregator or operator) is useful but not essential.
Deep understanding of iGaming commercial drivers (GGR, bet volume, RTP, retention, game lifecycle, operator merchandising) and how they vary across markets.
Strong analytical background with hands-on command of BI tools, preferably Qlik and Power BI.
Credible, confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders internally and at partners, and turn complex data into a clear commercial story.
Commercially minded and action-oriented: insight is only valuable when it changes what the team does.
