What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer support in Spanish.
Assist customers with booking inquiries, travel-related requests, and account support.
Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple customer interactions.
Contribute to high customer satisfaction through empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Spanish (C1 level).
English (B2) or French (B2) proficiency.
Minimum 6 months of Contact Centre experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: €920 gross per month × 14 salaries
Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (11 months)

Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday
Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00
Two rotational days off per week
