We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused F&B & Events Manager / Operations & Events Assistant to support and coordinate food and beverage operations and events from planning through to successful execution. This role combines operational support, event coordination, team assistance, supplier communication, and customer service to ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, coordination, setup, running, and breakdown of events, functions, and private bookings.
Support daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with staff, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding event schedules, menus, equipment, staffing, and operational requirements.
Assist with stock control, ordering, administrative duties, scheduling, event documentation, and resolving operational issues.
