Spa Therapist

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Spa Therapist to provide professional massage and beauty treatments while delivering an excellent guest experience in a welcoming spa environment.

Detailed Description:

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for performing a variety of spa treatments, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing to guest satisfaction and the spa's overall performance.

Main Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage treatments, including relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage.

Provide beauty, body, and facial treatments according to qualifications and training.

Assess guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness programmes.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professional presentation.

Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each appointment.

Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products.

Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.

Follow company treatment protocols and health and safety procedures.

Participate in training and professional development activities.

Support the spa team and management with daily operational duties.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in massage therapy or spa treatments.

ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or another recognised relevant qualification.

Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa treatments.

Experience in facial, beauty, or nail treatments will be considered an advantage.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Very good command of English.

Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.

Ability to recommend treatments and retail products.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements. Remuneration consists of a basic salary and commission, depending on qualifications and experience.
