Spa Manager

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, lead and support the team, and ensure a high standard of customer service across the spa locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth running of the facilities.
• Supervise, motivate and support staff.
• Coordinate appointments and staff schedules.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment when required.
• Ensure an excellent client experience at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a spa or wellness centre.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and oversee daily operations.
• Fluent in Maltese and/or English.
• Professional, organised and results-driven approach.
