We are looking for an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities

Develop creative and innovative design concepts for brands, social media, marketing campaigns, publications, and web development projects
Design and produce high-quality visuals, including but not limited to logos, brochures, web pages, social media content, and advertising campaigns
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of each project
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools, and provide recommendations to improve the agency's design capabilities
Maintain the visual identity of Sharphawk, and recommend / implement updates where / when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD), and other design tools such as Figma
Strong design portfolio showcasing branding, social media marketing, publications and other projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
Keen attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs consistently

The ideal candidate must have have well spoken and written English. Knowledge of motion design and animation will be considered as an asset.
