Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts for brands, social media, marketing campaigns, publications, and web development projects
• Design and produce high-quality visuals, including but not limited to logos, brochures, web pages, social media content, and advertising campaigns
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of each project
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools, and provide recommendations to improve the agency's design capabilities
• Maintain the visual identity of Sharphawk, and recommend / implement updates where / when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD), and other design tools such as Figma
• Strong design portfolio showcasing branding, social media marketing, publications and other projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Keen attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs consistently

The ideal candidate must have have well spoken and written English. Knowledge of motion design and animation will be considered as an asset.
