Role Description The Volunteer will support daily activities that contribute to efficient port and logistics operations in the Greater São Paulo Area. This full-time, on-site role may include assisting operational teams with documentation, data entry, and basic administrative tasks, helping coordinate logistics activities, supporting internal communication, and aiding in community or sustainability initiatives. The Volunteer may also help organize files, prepare simple reports, and assist staff during projects or events that promote safety, efficiency, or social responsibility. The role offers exposure to a dynamic port environment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications

Ability to perform basic administrative and organizational tasks, including handling documents and data entry with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and follow instructions clearly.
Good time management and reliability, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed deadlines.
Interest in logistics, port operations, or related fields; prior exposure to industrial or operations settings is a plus.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn company systems.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater São Paulo Area and comply with safety and operational guidelines.
Commitment to ethical conduct, respect for diversity, and alignment with Santos Brasil’s values and sustainability initiatives.
High school diploma or ongoing technical/undergraduate studies in logistics, administration, or a related area are advantageous.
