Pump Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pump Attendant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense fuel safely and efficiently to customers.

Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer enquiries.

Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.

Ensure the forecourt is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

Perform basic vehicle services such as checking oil, water, and tyre pressure when required.

Monitor fuel pumps and report any faults or safety concerns.

Adhere to all company policies and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, although full training will be provided.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic numerical skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
