We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Support Officer to provide comprehensive assistance to the General Manager of FBIC. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the department by managing day-to-day administrative duties, coordinating communications, and supporting effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate schedules, calendars, and appointments.

Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and incoming mail on behalf of management.

Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Schedule and prepare meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.

Support the planning and execution of brand events and conferences when required.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed.

Process purchase requisitions and assist with ad hoc projects and departmental tasks.

Provide seasonal administrative support to FarsonsDirect, particularly during the Christmas period.

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and positive environment.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of ‘O’ Level education or equivalent.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an asset.
