We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally.
Welcome customers, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and company standards.
Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work areas.
Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Check customer identification where required and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Follow food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good cash handling and POS system skills.
Well-organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A valid Food Handling Licence and Skill Pass Certificate are considered an asset.
