Bartender

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Welcome customers, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and company standards.
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Check customer identification where required and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Follow food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good cash handling and POS system skills.
• Well-organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A valid Food Handling Licence and Skill Pass Certificate are considered an asset.
