Commercial Executive

Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to Support the Account Management team to grow our partners - keeping the CRM accurate, the data flowing, and the plans on track.

LOCATION: Malta, Gibraltar or Isle of Man

Purpose

The Commercial Executive supports the Account Management team so they can grow our partners. Keeping the CRM accurate is central to the role, alongside pulling the data, preparing for reviews and helping coordinate delivery - the groundwork that lets the team sell. It's a great foundation for growing into an Account Manager.

Key responsibilities

■ Own CRM hygiene. Keep HubSpot accurate and current — records, pipeline and activity — so the team works from a single source of truth.

■ Support performance reporting. Pull weekly and monthly performance data and prepare clear reports for the team.

■ Prepare for partner reviews. Build the data and decks the team needs for business reviews and partner meetings.

■ Help coordinate delivery. Support the coordination of launches and actions internally and with partners, keeping things moving.

■ Support the account plans. Help the team execute the 12-month account plans and follow up on the actions that come out of them.

■ Support marketing spend and promotions. Help coordinate and track partner marketing spend and promotions, and pull the numbers to show what's working.

■ Coordinate exclusive game delivery. Help coordinate the delivery of exclusive games with partners and internal teams.

■ Document account management best practices. Capture and maintain account management best practices for the team.

■ Learn the product. Build knowledge of our content and tools and how they grow a partner.

■ Learn know-your-customer and know-your-market basics. Pick up the practices the team uses to understand partners and markets.

Qualities & experience

We look for these qualities across the team (these may not all apply to this role, but it's what the team aspires to).

Revenue-focused hunter

Aggressively pursues growth in their accounts and actively seeks out and closes new opportunities.

Data-driven consultation

Diagnoses account performance with hard data and uses metrics to advise partners and back recommendations.

Critical & proactive thinking

Anticipates bottlenecks, challenges assumptions and pushes for better ways of working rather than waiting for direction.

Absolute accountability

Owns their numbers entirely — takes responsibility, avoids excuses and moves straight to solutions.

Credibility & presence

Projects immediate trust and professionalism, and commands confidence with both partners and internal teams.

Team player

Understands the company goals and works towards them, supporting the wider team rather than only their own accounts.

Experience & requirements

Some of this is essential; the rest helps. Beyond it, we look for the right personality and potential.

ESSENTIAL

■ Some commercial, analytical or administrative experience, or a strong graduate ready to learn

■ Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and quick to pick up a CRM

■ Organised and reliable, with a strong eye for detail

■ Keen to build a commercial career in iGaming

PREFERRED

■ A university degree may be beneficial

■ Additional languages may be beneficial
