What You Will Be Doing

Own the end-to-end loyalty programme strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation across the Wildz Group portfolio.
Define and evolve the loyalty proposition, including reward structures, progression, benefits, and personalised experiences that increase customer lifetime value.
Build, optimise, and maintain automated customer journeys, including welcome offers, onboarding, retention, reactivation, reward triggers, and milestone campaigns.
Serve as the key link between the CRM team and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring loyalty initiatives are aligned with broader business goals.
Analyse customer behaviour and loyalty performance to identify opportunities for improved engagement, retention, and commercial performance.
Develop testing strategies and continuously optimise loyalty experiences through experimentation and data.
Leverage AI tools to personalise customer experiences, optimise loyalty programmes, automate processes, and uncover new opportunities through customer data and insights.
Ensure all loyalty campaigns and automations comply with responsible gaming principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging loyalty strategies, and best practices across iGaming and other digital businesses.

Skills and Experience Required

4+ years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar customer engagement role.
Previous experience within the iGaming industry is desirable, but not required.
Proven track record of designing, launching, and evolving loyalty ecosystems, including VIP programmes, tiering models, and long-term engagement strategies.
Deep understanding of promotional strategy, reward economics, customer lifetime value, and customer segmentation, with the ability to balance exceptional customer experiences with commercial performance.
Experience leading experimentation and optimisation initiatives through A/B testing, personalisation, behavioural insights, and data.
Experience using AI to improve customer experiences, optimise loyalty strategies, automate workflows, and generate actionable customer insights.
